The Leg Bands are a set of 5 – 12 inch, latex rubber loop bands, with color coded resistance levels for progressive workouts. These are great for leg strength conditioning and toning.
Resistance increases with each band level:
- Yellow= X-Light
- Green= Light
- Blue= Medium
- Red= Heavy
- Black= X-Heavy
Band length is 12″ flat or 24″ in circumference. Each set of bands comes with a draw string carry bag.
