“You and your staff are in a class by yourselves when it comes to personalized, quality service. I have been in retail for almost 20 years, and you ladies run Relevé like the “mom and pop” shops that I remember as a kid: Personalized service, if you don’t have it, you’ll get it (and you’ll call as soon as it gets there). I am a major bargain shopper, but there is no way that I would shop for dance stuff for my daughter via the web or catalog. Items must be tried on and you all take the time to ensure that each shoe and leotard fits just right. You can not put a price on that!!!”
